One of our specialized fields has always been Property and Conveyancing, including Property transfers, Sale Agreements and registration of Mortgage Bonds. We are determined to keep up the high conveyancing registration standards which we have set ourselves.
We were one of the first attorneys in the country ever to register First National Bank home loans when we first opened up practice twenty-seven years ago.
We are also very experienced in handling mortgage bond foreclosures for financial institutions and doing their general property litigation.
Our magisterial jurisdiction covers both the Inanda (Verulam) and Durban areas, which means that the territory which we are able to cover for Magistrate’s Court work extends from Amanzimtoti in the South, the entire Durban area, stretching to Tongaat in the North, as well as the inland areas of Phoenix, Verulam, KwaMashu, Ntuzuma and Mount Edgecombe. We attend on a daily basis at both Durban and Verulam Courts, as well as the various Sheriff’s offices.
